As Analyst – Accounts Receivable (eInvoicing Programme) you will work with our Financial Services (Credit/Collections), Tax, IT, project teams and local country stakeholders to coordinate and support the successful design, testing, implementation and adoption of compliant eInvoicing solutions (including, for example, Peppol). You will bring proactive ideas, strong attention to detail and a positive, collaborative approach to managing this important roll out of eInvoicing across our EMEA and APAC regions.
Responsibilities

Support the Accounts Receivable eInvoicing programme across EMEA and APAC, coordinating country activities from requirements gathering through implementation and operational handover.

Work with project colleagues to identify and document current and future-state invoicing processes, customer requirements, statutory requirements and country-specific business rules.
- →Support compliance with local eInvoicing and digital reporting requirements in collaboration with IT, Tax, Legal and external service providers.
- →Coordinate customer and master-data readiness, including billing profiles, tax identifiers, invoice routing information and platform registration requirements.
- →Support system integration, user acceptance testing and validation of invoice creation, submission, delivery, rejection and status feedback.

Investigate invoice transmission failures, rejections and process exceptions, working with relevant teams to identify root causes and drive timely resolution.

Assess impacts on Accounts Receivable processes, controls, customer experience, cash collection and dispute management, and recommend practical improvements.

Input to programme documentation, supporting noted actions, identifying risks, issues and dependencies, and provide accurate reporting thereof.

Build effective relationships with regional Financial Services teams, country stakeholders and programme partners to support adoption and business readiness.

Collaborate with programme and Financial Services leadership to develop standard processes, controls, training materials and operating procedures.
Requirements
~1 min read- Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or Business required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Licenses/Certificates/Designations - NACM or similar preferred
- 1 year required, 3 years preferred, of experience with relevant finance, project, process improvement or change-management.
- 1 year required, 3 years preferred
- 1 year required, 3 years preferred, of knowledge of computer system applications: Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word, and familiarity with an ERP platform (e.g., Oracle, DAX, AS400 etc.) required.
- 1 year required, 3 years preferred, of experience in Accounts Receivable, billing, finance operations, eInvoicing (including Peppol), systems implementation or programme support (desirable)
- 1 year required, 3 years preferred, of Mainframe, billing, eInvoicing partner and country statutory/tax platforms, and any data-query tools such as Microsoft Access or SQL are advantageous
- High level of Excel knowledge preferred
- Strong written, oral communication and interpersonal skills with a positive disposition
- Strong organizational skills and solution-oriented philosophy preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for accuracy
- Willingness to accommodate temporary working hour changes as required by workflow is preferred
- Ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate a willingness to accept new challenges is preferred
