Business Operations Specialist - Sao Paulo, BRA

• →Support the operations team by ensuring billing and collections data is accurate
• →Perform data audits to maintain up-to-date and reliable financial information.
• →Manage customer-related processes such as payment applications, account reconciliations, and coordination with external parties as needed.
• →Provide day-to-day support to the operations team on billing and collections processes, serving as a key point of contact via email in a professional and efficient manner.
• →Assist with additional activities within Finance Operations as required.

• Great communication skills.
• Billing and Collections experience
• Advanced English.
• Excel
