Business Operations Specialist - Sao Paulo, BRA

• →Support the operations team by ensuring billing and collections data is accurate
• →Perform data audits to maintain up-to-date and reliable financial information.
• →Manage customer-related processes such as payment applications, account reconciliations, and coordination with external parties as needed.
• →Provide day-to-day support to the operations team on billing and collections processes, serving as a key point of contact via email in a professional and efficient manner.
• →Assist with additional activities within Finance Operations as required.

• Native or Fluency in Portuguese: This is a 100% Portuguese-speaking role. You must have impeccable written and verbal communication skills to interact with partners and clients in the Brazilian.
• Billing and Collections Expertise
• Advanced Excel Skills: High proficiency in handling large datasets.
• Meticulous Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for identifying data inconsistencies and ensuring 100% accuracy in financial reconciliations.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret financial data, identify trends in billing errors, and propose process improvements.
• Strong Professional Communication: Ability to handle sensitive collection conversations and internal coordination via email with diplomacy and efficiency.
