Quality Inspector

As a Quality Inspector you will perform quality control inspections, checks, and tests during the manufacture of products. You will inspect materials, parts and products at different stages of production. 

• →Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials
• →Accurately document the results of the inspections and testing by completing reports and logs; input data into quality database.
• →Maintain all controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner.
• →Coordinate calibration of all test equipment and fixtures
• →Monitor critical equipment and instrumentation to ensure proper operation and calibration.
• →Participate in the construction and/or revision of SOPs for the inspection function.
• →Assist in the writing and updating inspection procedures, protocol and checklists.
• →Evaluate problems and make initial recommendations for possible corrective action to supervise.

• High School Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2 years required, 3 years preferred of quality inspector experience.
• Ability to analyze information.
• Ability to report research results.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong math skills.
• Ability to use measurement equipment.
• Basic computer skills.
