Representative - Customer Service (Warehouse)

As a Representative - Customer Service, you will sell merchandise to customers over the counter and over the phone, providing excellent customer service and facilitating sales while utilizing knowledge of product sold.  You will also provide full back up to the Warehouse Associate performing all required duties such as: receiving, picking orders, completing shipping documents, storing product. 

• →Support customer base by answering questions, concerns, account inquiries as well as handling customer complaints.
• →Enter customer orders in system and pick product.
• →Process payments for cash account customers.
• →Research and resolve customer problems, acting as the customer liaison between other departments when necessary.
• →Contact customers in timely manner on printed pick up orders.
• →Process customer returns.
• →Place new merchandise on display and maintain cleanliness of shelving and counter area

• High School Degree or Equivalent required
• Solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
• Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing, English mandatory – French an asset.
• Able to work well under pressure
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
• Computer literate, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel, and e-mail
