As a Senior Recruiter, you will collaborate with leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners to understand business needs and manage the full life cycle recruitment process. You’ll design and implement strategies to build pipelines of specialized talent in areas such as data center operations, data center technicians, and critical facility support.

• →Bachelor's Degree required.
• →5+ years recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting with Data Center recruiting strongly preferred.
• →5+ years of experience & strong understanding of recruiting policies, practices, and employment law. 
• →Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and clients. 
• →Experience building and driving creative sourcing strategies, including effectively using social media. 
• →Strong working knowledge of recruitment tools and systems including applicant tracking systems, resume databases and internet sourcing tools. 
• →Effective written and verbal communication skills, negotiation skills and organizational skills. 
• →Strong client focus, consulting skills and commitment to delivering results via continuous improvement.
• →Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
