Facilities Supervisor

• →4+ years of experience in facilities coordination, maintenance coordination, or a similar role.
• →Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
• →Proven ability to coordinate multiple work orders, technicians, vendors, and subcontractors simultaneously.
• →Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage both field-based and administrative responsibilities.
• →Ability to read and understand site layouts and basic facility plans.
• →Willingness to provide on-call support and respond to urgent facilities-related issues when required.

This role is based in our Salmiya office location. As a company driven by innovation and continuous change, close collaboration is essential. We’re constantly reimagining our industry, creating new products, and refining our processes, and we do our best work together. That’s why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week.
