Assistant Professor of Kinesiology

• →Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology, or closely related field, from an accredited doctoral-granting institution.
  • →Applicants nearing completion of a doctoral degree may be considered; however, employment is contingent upon submission of evidence of degree completion by August 1, 2027
• →Record of undergraduate teaching success broadly, but specifically in Exercise Physiology courses or similar to Exercise Physiology, Advanced Exercise Physiology, Clinical Exercise Physiology, Exercise Prescription, Nutrition for Sport and Performance, Epidemiology and Wellness, and Measurement and Evaluation in Kinesiology
• →Demonstrated commitment to teaching undergraduates from diverse socioeconomic, cultural, and academic backgrounds, including first-generation students
• →Evidence of potential to conduct independent research in area of expertise and mentor students in research
• →Knowledge and awareness of professional developments related to areas of expertise and the field of kinesiology
• →Commitment to working with undergraduate and graduate students and fostering a collaborative, supportive, and inclusive environment

• Assistant Professor; salary based on qualifications and experience. 
• Anticipated annual salary range $74,652 – $86,000.
