Our focus is simple but meaningful, from our distribution centers to our offices — every employee of C&S and their family of companies works to help feed local families, neighbors, and communities. As an Outbound Shipping Clerk, you’ll become a part of this mission by helping to verify & keep records of outgoing shipments. You’ll make a difference by utilizing your strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills to get the job done.

Earn $19.00 per hour
Full Time, 1st Shift
125 N Commerce Way Bethlehem, PA 18017

Preparing documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders to route products
Recording shipping data, such as weight, charges, space availability, and damages and discrepancies, for reporting, accounting, and record keeping purposes
Conferring and corresponding with establishment representatives to rectify problems, such as damage and non-conformance to specifications
Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels

Grocery (dry goods) – about 50°- 90°

At least six months of warehouse experience
Electric Pallet Jack experience preferred
Strong planning and execution skills
Ability to work with and through others to achieve desired results
Strong team orientation and collaboration to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with people at all levels in the organization
Ability and willingness to follow all safety policies and procedures
