Both directly and through a staff of between three to five, partners with select Divisions to drive financial success. Serves as the financial business partner to Division(s) focusing on delivery of key financial and operating needs. Provides direction to and collaborates with the FP&E team and key business stakeholders to tell the story behind the numbers to synthesize into executive-level performance commentary.

Responsibilities

  • →Responsible for the financial, analytical, and operational support of the Divisions operations footprint.
  • →Works to optimize the financial performance of the Division.
  • →Focuses on monitoring expenses, internal reporting and identifying opportunities to reduce or mitigate expenses based on comparative financial analyses and reviewing reports.
  • →Provides accurate and timely consolidated financial reporting to the various internal constituents.
  • →Supervises, leads, and coordinates daily and monthly reporting, month and year-end close, balance sheet, and P&L review. Ensures accuracy in reported financial data and adheres to financial reporting deadlines
  • →Participates in daily and weekly P&L meetings.
  • →Leads the Divisional team through successful budget builds.
  • →Identifies new process improvement opportunities.
  • →Manages and provides oversight for the financial inventory control process.
  • →Supervises and monitors client invoicing, AP, and AR.
  • →Analyzes and evaluates key elements of the customer programs such as 3rd party expense analysis, inventory control and key performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Finance/Accounting/Operations experience in a high-volume environment.
  • Experience in profit and loss businesses and influencing results.
  • Strong accounting skills, as well as working knowledge of Excel including financial modeling skills.
  • MBA/CMA/CPA a plus
  • Formal leadership program graduate
  • Hyperion/Essbase experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • B.S. Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Standard office environment
