Financial Reporting & Compliance

  Ensure compliance with accounting standards and all relevant regulatory requirements.

  Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and management reports for internal leadership, auditors, and external stakeholders.

• →

  Support the VP Finance on statutory filings and maintain strong communication with regulatory authorities and external auditors.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent qualification strongly preferred.

• +3 years of experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role; experience in scale-ups, SaaS, or high-growth tech environments is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and general statutory compliance requirements. Hands-on experience preparing and filing tax returns independently.

• Experience with Dutch accounting standards and tax regulations is a strong plus. The ability to learn is a must.

• Excellent command of English (our main working language).

• High proficiency with financial systems and ERP software (Exact experience preferred).

• Strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving, and exceptional attention to detail.

• Hands-on mindset and eagerness to continuously learn and adapt.

• Comfortable working in a hybrid model, collaborating effectively with remote teammates.
