Requirements
We Are Looking for Candidates Who:
  • Genuinely enjoy helping people, providing great customer service, and resolving concerns with patience and strong problem solving skills 
  • Are comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls and making outbound calls for customer follow up or collections
  • Can accurately handle scheduling, billing, customer information, and other administrative tasks
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
  • Are comfortable with computers, including email, scheduling, data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; CRM experience is a plus
  • Are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Are dependable, self motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Are eager to learn, take direction, and continue developing their skills through training
  • Have 1+ years of customer service experience in a fast paced environment, preferably in a call center or office setting
  • Do not need a college degree
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening including marijuana
Schedule
  • 8-hour shift
  • Monday–Friday schedule
  • In-person office setting
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (A Day in the Life)
As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be a key point of contact for both our customers and internal teams, helping create a positive and seamless experience across the organization. You will:
  • Manage 60+ inbound and outbound customer calls daily, assisting with service needs, account questions, billing, scheduling, and problem resolution
  • Listen to customer needs, troubleshoot concerns, and provide solutions with patience, empathy, and professionalism
  • Own customer issues through resolution, ensuring clear communication and timely follow up
  • Coordinate service appointments, route deliveries, and installations across Service, Delivery, and Sales teams
  • Build customer relationships through proactive follow up, collections, and service related outreach
  • Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services that meet customer needs
  • Maintain accurate customer records, account updates, and interaction notes
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience
  • Support billing, reporting, inventory, and other operational needs that keep the customer experience running smoothly
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to strengthen your customer service skills and support long term career growth
