- Temporary full-time opportunity until 30 Jun 2027, 35 hours/week
- Office location - Parramatta, flexible working supported
- Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $149,739 to $173,174+ super & leave loading
The Biodiversity Offset Scheme (BOS) Systems Program team drives strategic initiatives to modernise systems, improve digital service delivery, and enhance operational efficiency across the organisation. The team collaborates with stakeholders to deliver innovative technology solutions, strengthen governance and reporting, and support successful change management outcomes.
About the Role
~1 min read- Lead the design and delivery of change management strategies across multiple complex projects
- Apply proven and structured change management methodologies to drive adoption and embed change
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders to build alignment and commitment
- Assess organisational readiness and implement targeted change interventions
- Develop communication, training, and engagement strategies in collaboration with People & Culture
- Track and report on change metrics, adoption, and benefits realisation
