ICT Project Manager (Enterprise Applications)

• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors

• →Lead end-to-end project management of Enterprise applications (business systems) implementation, upgrades and system integrations.
• →Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and portfolio priorities.
• →Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of project deliverables.
• →Proactively identify risks to timelines or deliverables and implement corrective actions to prevent project slippage.
• →Identify and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact delivery or agreed outcomes through established governance and escalation pathways.
• →Define, track, and report on project deliverables, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.
• →Ensure compliance with internal ICT governance and change management procedures.
• →Promote continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and applying best practices to future projects.

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, CAPM, or Agile qualifications – desirable

• 5+ years’ experience in ICT project management or a similar role.
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent ICT projects.
• Strong understanding of ICT systems, software and security practices.

• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
• Ability to liaise with all levels of the business.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent Systems documentation skills
• Understanding and ability to deliver technology, strategy and innovation.
• Understanding of ICT cyber security and available technologies.
• Understanding of software licensing and subscriptions.
