Our mission is to automate coding. The first step in our journey is to build the best tool for professional programmers, using a combination of inventive research, design, and engineering. Our organization is very flat, and our team is small and talent dense. We particularly like people who are truth-seeking, passionate, and creative. SpaceXAI builds the vertically integrated stack for useful AI: models, the products people work in every day, and the compute underneath. We're Cursor + Grok as one company: Grok Build (Cursor) for engineering in real codebases, Grok Bot for autonomous knowledge work, and Grok when you want to steer the result. Same intelligence layer; not a coding-only tool company.

We're standing up Scale ADM from first principles: an agentic, human-last motion for a large enterprise book. This is a founding seat. You'll help invent how SpaceXAI drives customer outcomes at scale across hundreds of accounts with a small team, using agents to surface risk and opportunity, and putting people where judgment still matters.

• You've thrived in high-velocity, multi-customer environments and like building the machine, not only running it

• You bring real product fluency (beyond developers alone) and you're leaning into AI: proficient today, or hungry to get there fast

• You're energized by agents as coworkers: you design how they work

• You've done customer success or adjacent post-sales work and know how to drive customer outcomes, and why that matters

• You know how to manage accounts and relationships for outcomes: find whitespace, deepen adoption, and open growth paths
