You will carry out a variety of administrative duties as a virtual assistant, including answering emails, customer service, email marketing, scheduling meetings, e-commerce order fulfillment, and other adhoc tasks. Strong Internet connectivity and familiarity with messaging apps like WhatsApp are required for this position. Role and Responsibilities: -Keep retail and wholesale e-commerce platform up to date with promo and discounts. -Excellent Customer Service Skills-Problem Solving Skills. -Manage all e-commerce pricing, inventory and updating with new products. -Optimize all platforms with updated keywords and trends. -Create a monthly social media calendar and post them. -Send out email newsletters and campaigns Email and Mailchimp. -Order fulfillment.-Customer support for all e-commerce clients and buyer. -Attend to all meetings and keep track of the minutes notes. -Provide directives to other team members, such as graphic artist and copy writer. -Keep statistics and records in a variety of operational reports. -Carry out additional tasks as needed. -Entering Invoices and Customers in Quick books-Managing Inventory File Requirements Job requirements and skill sets: -Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel. -Background in e-commerce platforms, such as: Faire, Shopify, Amazon.-Medium understanding in SEO, google and facebook ads. -Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities. -A strong sense of organization. -MUST BE ABLE TO WORK independent and consistent. -MUST BE HONEST-Expertise with cloud-based platforms including Google Docs, WhatsApp, Trello, Toggl, Quick books and other chat tools for remote teams. -Excellent time management and multitasking abilities. -Meticulous and highly detail-oriented. -Quick acquisition of new concepts or techniques. -Capacity to function in a hectic setting.-Positive, upbeat disposition. -Person has to be available for work between 8AM to 3:30 PM EST Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8AM EST with flexibility to extend until 3:30PM Benefits Fully Work-from-home Salary increase Year-end Bonus
