Role Overview As a Board Member, you will provide strategic oversight, governance, and thought leadership to support the company’s growth. You will play a key role in shaping IMED Ltd’s vision, ensuring good governance, and leveraging your expertise to drive long-term value creation. Key Responsibilities Contribute to strategic planning and high-level decision-making. Provide governance oversight and ensure compliance with best practices. Offer candid and constructive input on business matters. Leverage corporate networks to support business growth and partnerships. Advocate for and support the company's long-term success in Tanzania. Engage in board meetings and committees as required. Requirements Candidate Profile We are seeking a person who embodies the following qualities: Background: Strong experience in business, law, or economics. Governance Knowledge: Familiarity with corporate governance principles (experience preferred). Strategic Thinker: Ability to take a long-term view and contribute to the company’s growth.
