Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to manage and execute all HR administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations, handling employee-related services, regulatory compliance, and ensuring the company's HR practices are aligned with business objectives. Responsibilities Administer and manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Conduct employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring new hires are well-integrated into the company. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits. Process payroll and ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies. Maintain and update the HR information system (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Coordinate employee training and development programs. Support performance management processes, including performance reviews and development plans. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices. Assist in employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. Prepare HR reports and presentations for management as needed. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and employee experience. Requirements Knowledge and Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR Officer, HR Administrator, or similar role. Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws. Excellent organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in using HR information systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions. Experience in the financial services or microfinance sector is a plus
