Currently we have about 500 employees and as we continue to grow, we have the following vacancy for dedicated diligent Tanzanians: Reports to: Process Optimization Manager Job Summary The purpose of the post is to assist the Process Optimization Manager, and other team members in the performance of duties pertaining to procurement procedures Duties and Responsibilities: The efficient and effective performance of duties and responsibilities pertaining Procurement Management and execution. Ensuring that the procurement activities are made in accordance with the procedures of Rijk Zwaan. The complete local procurement process and procurement planning. Negotiating with current and external vendors to secure terms, price, and qualities. Assisting the Process Optimization Manager in procurement and logistics activities. Creating reports for management and team members. Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Process Optimization Manager Requirements Qualification: Bachelor’s degree of Procurement from recognized Institutions Registered with Procurement and Supplies Professionals and Technician Board will be an added advantage. Experience: At least 3 years working experience in a similar field. Experience in an international organization is an added advantage. Competencies and Personal Attributes: Excellent verbal and written expression in the English and Swahili language. High integrity. High ethical standards Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Physical and mental fitness. Good knowledge of purchasing techniques. Ability to follow processes and procedures accurately. Strong problem-solving skills. Good computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, Power point) Team player: You can work as part of the team by contributing to the team’s success. Excellent communication skills. Organization skills Reliable, honest, and trustworthy. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Good time management Be efficient and cost effective. Attention to details. Experience in report writing Benefits Salary Scale: Staff salary rank is according to the Rijk Zwaan Scheme of Services.
