Starting Pay:  Based on experience

Scheduled - Monday-Friday 7am to 3pm

• →Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on facility equipment and systems.
• →Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
• →Perform voltage readings and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues.
• →Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot machine motors, conveyor systems, and automated equipment.
• →Inspect machinery for wear, defects, and potential failures to minimize downtime.
• →Inspect and replace worn bearings, sprockets, rollers, motors, gearboxes, and other mechanical components as needed.
• →Complete work orders, maintenance documentation, and spare parts inventory tracking.
• →Support equipment improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• →Handle complex maintenance issues with limited supervision.
• →Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company policies and safety standards.
• →Provide technical guidance and support to less experienced team members as needed.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Experience performing voltage testing and electrical troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of machine motors, conveyor systems, and automated equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience performing preventative maintenance and equipment repairs in an industrial, manufacturing, distribution, automated, or logistics environment.

• Knowledge of Allen-Bradley PLCs, control systems, and Yaskawa VFDs.
• Experience working in a high-volume distribution center, manufacturing facility, or automated environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.

• Monday-Friday: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
• One weekday off
• Saturday: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM
• Full-time, 40 hours per week

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
