• →2-5 years experience years in curriculum/course development in a corporate environment.
• →Experience with Tech -Basic LMS navigation, MS Office/Google Workspace, one primary authoring tool.

• 2-3years in Healthcare industry.
• Basic awareness of problem solving and decision making skills.
• Theoretical Frameworks: Thorough, applied knowledge of instructional models like ADDIE or SAM, alongside learning methodologies like Adult Learning Theory.
• Exceptional written communication (for scriptwriting and storyboarding) and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Portfolio of Work: A digital portfolio is almost always mandatory. Hiring managers require proof of actual course construction, storyboards, and interactive prototypes.
• Master’s degree or PhD in Instructional Design or Educational Technology.

• Bachelor's degree (Education, Tech, Communications, or related) or 2-3yrs of equivalent work experience

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
