Responsibilities
~2 min read• Develops the squads, providing direction, guidance, and mentorship to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment; decision maker for WHAT to build, WHEN by, WHY together with key partners, with what VALUE based on analytical best practices (e.g., quasi experimentation).
• Defines the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning them with business goals and market demands to drive product innovation and customer satisfaction.
• Controls the product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budgetary constraints.
• Communicates strategically with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Advises management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and prioritize feature enhancements and new product initiatives.
• Owns relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership and customers, to gather feedback, understand requirements, and communicate product updates and enhancements.
• Directs resources to analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market data to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize product features and user experience.
• Manages a team of data scientists, junior technical managers -- providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities to support their growth and success.
• Advocates for the squads and portfolio internally and externally, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote product value and drive business growth.
Requirements

Experience with direct reports and professional development
Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
Adept at business intelligence
Adept at collaboration and teamwork
Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills
Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
Experience with E2E technical product development of Analytics Products/AI Products
Masters in relevant field preferred (e.g., Masters in Data Science, Masters in Computer Science, MBA, etc.).
Certified Product Manager (CPM) preferred.
Bachelor's degree required.
The typical pay range for this role is:
$144,200.00 - $288,400.00What We Offer
