Manager - Corporate Compliance

We're looking for a Manager Corporate Compliance to help lead regulatory market conduct exams and compliance reviews. In this role, you'll work closely with regulators, business partners, compliance teams, and legal teams to ensure the company meets all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards. You'll serve as a key point of contact during exams, manage responses to regulatory findings, and help drive corrective action plans to successful completion. This role requires strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Market Conduct Exam Management

• →Lead and coordinate market conduct exams across business and legal teams
• →Serve as the primary contact for state regulators and external auditors
• →Manage the collection, review, and submission of exam materials
• →Coordinate responses to exam findings and regulatory inquiries
• →Track and support corrective action plans through completion
• →Maintain accurate documentation and records related to exams and audits
• →Provide guidance on state regulatory requirements and compliance expectations

• 5+ years of experience in Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, or Market Conduct Exams
• Experience working with healthcare benefits
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Experience leading projects and coordinating cross-functional teams
• Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of an organization
• Strong judgment and ability to identify and escalate risks when needed
• Ability to travel up to 20%

• Experience supporting audits or market conduct exams in healthcare, managed care, or pharmacy benefit management (PBM)
• Experience working as a state market conduct examiner
• Project management experience, including developing corrective action plans
• Experience working directly with regulators, auditors, or examiners

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
