• →Provide Product Team with financial, administrative and commercialization support work
• →Execute and track invoicing and payment activities, checking accounting records for accuracy, maintain system for organized financial documents, conduct audits when necessary
  • →Be able to successfully research and resolve financial discrepancies
  • →Be able to prepare financial reports for team and leadership
• →Manage daily operations and provides high-level support to management including
  • →Calendar management
  • →Maintaining files and records (i.e. contracts, collateral, financial documents, travel expenses)
  • →Managing confidential records and files across multiple platforms
• →Commercialization support
  • →Manage pipelines, websites, reporting
  • →Create and pull reporting to support internal teams and external stakeholders
• →Drive process improvements and standardization to enhance efficiency, clarity, and solution quality.
• →Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
• →Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful delivery.
• →Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

• 3 + years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting
• 5 + years of relevant work experience
• 3 + years proficient in using spreadsheets and accounting tools to product key financial reports
• Proficient in MS Office Suite

• Analytical skills to identify error and discrepancies
• Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members
• Exceptional organizational, communication and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and working work independently and as a part of a team
• Strong understanding of business process design, requirements gathering, and operational workflows.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results through influence and collaboration.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field or equivalent experience

The typical pay range for this role is:

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
