Senior Analyst, FP&A

• →Build and maintain finance reporting, analytics, and data assets that support standardized cross-market processes
• →Apply automation where applicable to streamline recurring workflows and reduce manual effort
• →Translate process standards into clear, repeatable templates, documentation, and reporting
• →Support the roll-out and adoption of standardized processes across market finance teams
• →Support data quality, controls, and governance within standardized reporting
• →Provide analysis and ad hoc support to the Standards Enablement function and COE leadership

• 3+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, financial reporting, or data analytics
• Advanced Excel skills and strong experience with data manipulation and reporting
• Experience applying automation or efficiency tools to financial processes (e.g., Power Query, Power Automate, macros, or similar)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple stakeholders

• Medicaid managed care or healthcare finance experience
• Experience building scalable, repeatable reporting or process templates
• Familiarity with BI/analytics tooling (e.g., Power BI)
• Familiarity with financial controls and governance

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required; equivalent work experience may substitute

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
