• →Minimum 7+ years working experience in compliance, legislation, regulatory or similar functions with ability to translate complex regulatory concepts into clear business actions
• →Healthcare industry experience
• →Demonstrated leadership skills in project management, leading teams, implementing operational policies and procedures, and/or business consulting

• →Experience in problem solving and decision-making skills.
• →Experience in collaboration and teamwork. Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across a highly matrixed organization.
• →Experience in growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
