• →Five or more years of experience in accounting, finance, construction finance, financial analysis, or a related field required.
• →Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and demonstrated experience with Microsoft Access, database management, and PowerPoint.
• →Ability to develop financial models and deliver accurate reporting for existing and new business initiatives.
• →Strong critical-thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• →Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, lead meetings, and develop clear processes and documentation for leaders, peers, end users, and finance partners.
• →Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with audiences at all levels of the organization.
• →Demonstrated success building cross-functional relationships and leading complex processes.
• →Ability to think strategically, collaborate across organizational boundaries, prioritize competing demands, and meet aggressive deadlines.
• →Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
• →Experience managing, coaching, or supervising team members.
• →Demonstrated effectiveness in a hybrid work environment.
• →Experience using AI-powered solutions to improve operational efficiency, analyze information, and support business objectives is required.
