We're looking for a Senior Manager, Finance Operations & Strategy to support financial planning, reporting, and strategic initiatives for our Pharmacy Services business, with a primary focus on Specialty Pharmacy.
In this role, you'll partner with finance and business leaders across the organization to lead planning processes, deliver meaningful business insights, and drive improvements that support growth and operational excellence. This is a highly visible position that requires strong financial acumen, collaboration, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead financial planning and forecasting activities, including monthly forecasts and annual operating plans.
- →Coordinate planning and reporting across Specialty, 340B, and Mail Pharmacy businesses.
- →Develop financial analyses and executive-level reporting to support business decisions.
- →Serve as a key advisor to Specialty Finance leadership, helping manage priorities, communications, and planning timelines.
- →Identify business trends, risks, and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
- →Partner with cross-functional teams on strategic projects and process improvements.
- →Improve reporting, planning, and governance processes through automation and standardization.
Requirements
~1 min read- 7+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with leaders and cross-functional partners.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or a related industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive change.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.
The typical pay range for this role is:
$82,940.00 - $182,549.00What We Offer
