Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Partner with leaders across Aetna Service Operations to understand business priorities and develop people strategies that support operational goals
- →Provide consultation and coaching to leaders on organizational effectiveness, team structure, talent planning, succession planning, and change management
- →Support talent processes including performance management, development planning, engagement actions, and workforce planning
- →Use workforce data and trends to identify opportunities, risks, and priorities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- →Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and other cross-functional teams to deliver scalable people solutions aligned to business needs
- →Guide leaders through colleague-related matters with sound judgment, consistency, and alignment to company policies and practices
- →Support organizational change efforts by helping leaders assess impact, communicate effectively, and drive adoption
- →Strengthen leadership capability by coaching leaders on feedback, accountability, development, and team effectiveness
- →Help create an inclusive, high-performing culture aligned with CVS Health Values
- →Drive follow-through on key HR and business initiatives while managing multiple priorities across the client group
Requirements
~1 min read- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including meaningful HR business partner experience
- Experience supporting leaders in complex, matrixed, and fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and provide strategic HR consultation
- Experience with organizational design, talent planning, performance management, and change management
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect people strategy to business outcomes
- Strong communication, judgment, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to inform recommendations and decisions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across stakeholders
- Experience supporting operational and front-line production teams
- Experience in a large, complex healthcare or regulated environment
- Experience partnering with senior leaders on workforce and organizational priorities
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Advanced degree and/or HR certification preferred
The typical pay range for this role is:
$82,940.00 - $182,549.00What We Offer
