About the Role
~1 min read- Support the Property Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations across residential (apartment) and commercial office components, ensuring safe, efficient, and seamless property operations in accordance with client expectations, building standards, and applicable regulations.
- Conduct regular building inspections and site walk-arounds covering common areas, residential and commercial facilities, cleanliness, security, engineering, and maintenance standards, proactively identifying operational risks, defects, service gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Build positive relationships with residents, tenants, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, coordinating the resolution of complaints, operational issues, service requests, and building-related concerns while maintaining high standards of responsiveness and customer experience.
- Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance, vendor and service-provider performance, budgets, contracts, building initiatives, and operational action plans, while maintaining accurate documentation and preparing regular management reports for the client.
- Coordinate and provide guidance to multidisciplinary on-site teams and service providers, including engineering, security, housekeeping, and other building services, working closely with the Property Manager to strengthen accountability, service quality, operational discipline, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Property Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in property or building management, preferably within residential apartments, condominiums, mixed-use developments, office towers, or other professionally managed high-rise properties.
- Strong understanding of building operations and Facilities Management, including engineering and maintenance coordination, resident or tenant relations, vendor management, security, housekeeping, and day-to-day service delivery.
- Strong interpersonal, customer-service, and leadership skills, with the confidence to engage residents, tenants, clients, vendors, service providers, and multidisciplinary building management teams and drive operational issues through to resolution.
- Proactive, approachable, and highly detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving, organizational, and reporting capabilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to perform effectively within a fast-paced, customer-facing property environment.
