• Diploma or Engineering Degree.
• PDIS/ADIS from a government-affiliated college/university.
• Preferred Safety Certifications:
  • NEBOSH IGC
  • OHSAS 30 Hours
  • IOSH Managing Safely

• 8+ years of experience in managing EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) on-site.

• →Review and approve HSE Plans, Manuals, Emergency Rescue Plans, and Evacuation Plans submitted by contractors.
• →Conduct task-based safety training for site line managers and workers.
• →Conduct HRA audits and generate reports with corrective and remedial measures.
• →Guide and ensure implementation of the BOCW Act 1998 by vendors.
• →Implement Permit to Work (PTW) systems.
• →Review and approve JSA, HIRA, and SWMS documents submitted by vendors.
• →Conduct daily site safety inspections and audits and issue reports with corrective actions.
• →Generate NCNs (Non-Compliance Notices) and penalties for major safety violations and long-pending non-compliances.
• →Conduct safety induction programs for new employees.
• →Evaluate HSE resources at site as per contractual requirements and assess competency.
• →Record Near Miss and First Aid incidents, conduct RCA/CAPA analysis, and share reports with stakeholders.
• →Develop and promote a strong safety culture to achieve the goal of Zero Harm.
• →Conduct safety orientations and inspections to improve awareness and sustain a positive safety culture.
• →Conduct weekly HSE walkthroughs and organize weekly and monthly HSE meetings with stakeholders.
• →Prepare and share EHS reports with clients and internal management.

• Fluent in English.
• Fluent in Hindi.
