Job Description

About the Role:

To provide a comprehensive property management service and ensure that all amenities are maintained as per standard
To lead a team of technical / housekeeping / guest relations/ helpdesk / horticulture/civil and other site personnel
To review and modify processes and procedures as and when required.
To attend and control any incidents at premise immediately and submit incident report to reporting manager / client within defined TAT
To ensure all client complaints / queries are addressed and resolved within the TAT.
Track all works related to Masonry, Carpentry, Plumber, sanitary, Welding & Painting and technical works

Need to be Diploma / B Tech – Electrical/Civil with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in same profile
Good communication in Hindi , English and regional language
High standard of grooming
