Job Title
Associate DirectorWe are looking for an experienced real estate professional to join our Land & Capital Markets team to drive land acquisition and disposition transactions across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).
The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of originating, executing, and closing complex land transactions involving developers, corporates, family offices, institutions and private landowners. The individual must possess deep market relationships, strong commercial acumen and the ability to independently source mandates and conclude transactions.
