Job Description

What you’ll do

  • Develop strategic asset management frameworks, strategies and plans aligned with clients’ organisational and service objectives.
  • Design governance arrangements, operating models and processes that support effective asset management.

  • Assess asset management maturity and recommend improvements aligned with recognised principles, including ISO 55000.
  • Bring together asset data, operational insights and strategic priorities to support evidence-based decisions.
  • Advise on asset information, data governance and opportunities to improve planning through digital tools.
  • Lead client workshops, manage engagements and build trusted senior stakeholder relationships.
  • Contribute to business development and mentor junior colleagues.
  • Collaborate with our Integrated Facilities Management and Project & Development Services teams to connect strategy with operations and delivery.

About you

Your experience may come from consulting, government, an asset-owning organisation, engineering or another relevant property and infrastructure environment.

You’ll bring:

  • A strong understanding of asset management principles and their application across the asset lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with ISO 55000 principles and their practical application.
  • The ability to connect organisational objectives with asset performance, risk, information and investment.
  • Strong problem-solving, business writing, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience leading complex assignments and reviewing multidisciplinary outputs.

A relevant tertiary qualification in asset management, engineering, property, infrastructure, planning, economics, finance, commerce or a related discipline.

Relevant professional credentials or further study in asset management would be well regarded.
