Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire alarms, etc.).
Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions, ensuring minimal disruption to building operations.
Adhere to safety regulations and ensure all building systems comply with health and safety standards.
Address urgent maintenance requests and emergencies promptly.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections, and report issues as needed.

Diploma in Facilities Management / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Building Services or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of relevant facility management experiences or equivalent
