Cleaner, Full Time 1st Shift

Full-time Cleaner – Base Building & Lab Space (Non-GMP)

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment across our base building areas and laboratory spaces. This role is focused on routine cleaning and sanitation of office, common, and lab support areas.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday: 8am to 4:30pm

Responsibilities

→Perform daily cleaning of offices, restrooms, breakrooms, hallways, and shared spaces.
→Clean laboratory support spaces (non-GMP) including floors, benches, sinks, and common equipment surfaces.
→Empty trash and recycling receptacles and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
→Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and restroom products.
→Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to maintain cleanliness.
→Clean windows, glass, and high-touch surfaces regularly.
→Operate cleaning equipment (e.g., floor scrubbers, vacuums) safely and effectively.
→Follow safety guidelines and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when working in lab areas.
→Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to supervisor.
→Support periodic deep cleaning tasks as scheduled.

Strong attention to detail and reliability.
Comfortable working in laboratory environments (non-GMP).
Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $16.00 - $18.25
