About the Role

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions based on project requirements
Monitor project costs, track variances, and provide financial reports and forecasts
Support procurement and contract administration, including quotations, claims, and variations
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure cost-effective solutions and project progress
Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to maintain competitive and accurate pricing

2–5 years of experience in Cost Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or M&E / Building Services.
Strong knowledge of building M&E systems (lighting, electrical panels, gensets, fire protection, ACMV).
Proficient in cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
