As a Leasing Apprentice, you will work closely with the Leasing team to support business development, client engagement, market research, data analysis, and digital transformation initiatives. The role provides an opportunity to gain practical exposure to the commercial real estate leasing business while developing skills in sales support, client intelligence, market analytics, and stakeholder management.

The candidate will be involved in executing assignments, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, tracking market and client activity, and supporting the team in delivering timely and high-quality business insights.

Support the Leasing team in the execution of assignments, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely and quality deliverables.

•

Assist in tracking client activity, market trends, demand and supply data, and other relevant commercial real estate indicators.

•

Support the development and maintenance of centralized databases and repositories for past and current business and market data.

•

Conduct research and analysis on clients, competitors, existing and prospective client portfolios, and key market developments.

•

Assist in tracking competition and conducting periodic market intelligence exercises to identify potential business opportunities.

•

Support client mapping and organizational mapping initiatives to strengthen business development and client engagement efforts.

•

Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and other analytical outputs to support business and sales decisions.

•

Assist in creating analysis for tracking and reviewing client portfolios and identifying relevant trends and opportunities.

•

Monitor commercial real estate market trends, including demand, supply, vacancy levels, occupier movements, and market activity.

•

Support the team with relevant market information and insights as required for client discussions and business development activities.

Identify opportunities to leverage technology and digital tools to improve data management, reporting, analytics, and business processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to new initiatives aimed at improving business efficiency and client servicing.

Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of client and business information while ensuring databases and reports are regularly updated.
