About the Role:
- Conduct site visits to assess physical condition, location, and surroundings of properties.
- Collect and document property details including measurements, photographs, and relevant legal documents.
- Assist in preparing valuation reports under guidance of senior executives or valuers.
- Liaise with property owners, brokers, and local authorities to gather market data.
- Maintain accurate records of site inspections and valuation inputs.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Support the team in market research and data analysis for valuation benchmarks.
- Coordinate logistics for site visits and ensure timely execution of fieldwork
About You:
- Bachelor diloma/degree gree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in property valuation, real estate, or site inspection roles.
- Basic understanding of valuation methodologies and property markets.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively for site inspections.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
