Under the supervision of the Facilities Manager, the Assistant Facilities Manager supports the facilities organization at a specific location, set of buildings, or campus environment. The Assistant Facilities Manager is charged with supporting the day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures, programs and workplace services delivery that provides a well-managed and well-maintained building. Places an emphasis on a positive response to the concerns and needs of the tenants, environmental health and safety, and quality programs, in coordination with the client's goals and objectives.

 

 

Job Description

• Inspect, maintain, repair and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical (M&E) system.
• Attend to normal, urgent requests or complaints from tenants, building users and Client.
• Report any non-conformance to Supervisor for corrective action.
• Supervise and manage contractors or vendors for preventive & corrective maintenance works.
• Carry out fault reporting duties.
• Perform incident reporting & notification to the relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in logistics and events support.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned whenever required.
• Record consumption data with accuracy and feedback to superior for any abnormal reading.
• Perform the role of emergency response team
