• →Analysing RE and price potential deals across European market (co-ordinating information from in country teams) for purpose of forming pitching or origination of transactions mandates
• →Processing and project management of cross boarder origination of new business including formal transaction pitching or brokered deals primarily for investment transactions (and potential supporting debt mandates).
• →Process and project execution of buyside or sellside mandates, marketing material production, due diligence, data room management and negotiation support.
• →Execution or oversight (co-ordination of in country teams) of RE analysis, returns modelling and business case assessment.
• →The above is expected to majority focuss; Logistics with potential to participate in other sectors (likely living and retail).

• Likely 3- 4 years post graduate experience in Real estate / financial analyst role.
• Fluent English (German a bonus).
• Well organised and analyst with potential to think creatively to find “solutions”.
• Self aware, self disciplined with an amiable personality able and communicate and “get on” with people to get things down in a team environment.
• Able to work efficiently to deadlines .(Being able to demonstrate utilising emerging AI tools to impact speed of delivery very helpful).
