Responsibilities

- →Lead sourcing, bidding, RFQ/RFP, negotiation, and vendor management activities.
- →Prepare client presentations, procurement reviews, dashboards, and executive reports.
- →Support client meetings, business reviews, and solution presentations.
- →Drive cost optimization, value engineering, and supplier consolidation initiatives.
- →Manage supplier onboarding, compliance, performance reviews, and governance meetings.
- →Support contract negotiations, renewals, and contract lifecycle management.
- →Oversee procurement operations, purchase orders, vendor coordination, and process compliance.
- →Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Operations, and Business teams.
- →Support audits, procurement governance, and policy compliance.
- →Act as a deputy to the Procurement Head as required.
