Handle telephone calls, to be professional and patient with the callers
Be attentive to resident’s needs and display a courteous and respectful manner when dealing with them.
Key feedback into IEMS and route to property officers and term contractors to follow-up on the same day.
Retrieve voice mail and Call-back service to residents to ensure completeness of the feedback
Update resident on-line requests for bulky item removal into IEMS and forward them to the conservancy or to the appropriate tradesperson for further action.
Routed MSO cases to the relevant agency

Minimally 1 year of experience in call center
Able to work in fast-pace environment
Able to communicate well and multi-task
