The Transport Help Desk Executive is responsible for coordinating employee transportation services, handling transport-related queries, managing vendor communication, monitoring daily transport operations, and ensuring timely resolution of employee concerns while maintaining service levels and compliance requirements.

• Monitor daily employee pick-up and drop operations.
• Coordinate with transport vendors, drivers, and fleet supervisors.
• Ensure route adherence and timely vehicle deployment.
• Track vehicle movements using GPS and transport management systems.
• Manage transportation requests and schedule modifications.

• Receive and resolve employee transport-related queries through phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Address issues related to missed pickups, route changes, vehicle delays, and emergency situations.
• Escalate critical concerns to the Transport Manager and follow up until closure.
• Maintain service records and issue logs.

• Liaise with transport vendors for vehicle availability and operational requirements.
• Monitor vendor performance and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Coordinate vehicle replacements during breakdowns or emergencies.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance from transport partners.
