Cushman and Wakefield are looking for an experienced individual to join their team as a Workplace Host.

This is an important role within the business, so the ideal candidate will have a background in customer service, able to take initiative and be confident liaising with clients on a day to day basis.

 

 

Job Description

• Comply with Health, Safety and Environmental policies
• Provide a welcoming and professional customer experience, delivering a seamless customer journey
• Achieve the highest standards of quality, service and presentation of the business
• Ensure Reception presence is maintained, and entrance doors are covered at all times
• Meet and greet all visitors attending site
• Ensure all Visitors are signed in as specified by the Property procedures
• Escorting Clients to Meeting Rooms
• Manage meeting room booking/changes/catering requests
• Meeting Room Set up ensuring the rooms are adequately stocked with Pens/Pencils/Papers
• Ensuring office/catering supplies are fully stocked i.e Stationery, Toner, Office/Tea, Coffee etc
• Assist with preparation of meeting rooms for Meetings and Events, ensuring all catering and refreshments are in the relevant room on time
• Liaise with events team on all activities and help to co-ordinate for local site
• Manage/liaise with Building contractors and issues and or/work being carried out within the building
• Understand and strictly adhere to Cushman & Wakefield procedures and protocols of the building with regards Health & Safety, Security measures
• Log any Building Faults/Issues with the Cushman & Wakefield FM Helpdesk
• Main point of contact for FM services including maintenance, repairs, fabric works & requirements.
• Supervision of onsite contractors including cleaning and M&E.
• Contractor management – Reviewing contractor RAMS & completing Inductions ensuring all paperwork is on file.
• Responsible for ensuring FAMIS 360 remains compliant, with fewer than 20 non-conformities at one time and compliance statistic of 90% or above
• Seek innovation and best practices to improve the workplace and help drive consistency
• Effectively monitor delivery of reactive/planned works and ensure contract KPI’s/SLA’s are met
• Day to day interaction with contractors and 3rd party suppliers, to enable delivery of service
• Support the development and implementation of the onboarding process for new recruits
• Support leadership in moves and changes, future expansions
• Undertake any additional duties or responsibilities that are deemed required by the business in supporting the daily operation of the business
