role, you won't just track data; you will own the narrative of the global drone and counter-drone (cUAS) landscape. You
will be the single point technical, operational, and commercial developments, translating complex market noise into
clear picture, insights and recommendations that drive will contribute and influence our Product and Sales strategies.

3–5+ years of experience in Market Intelligence, Product Marketing, Strategy Consulting, or Business
development. Background in strategic business-oriented roles.
Proven Industry Experience: Demonstrated experience in the Aerospace, Defense, HLS (Homeland Security), or
Unmanned Systems (UAS) sectors. Alternatively, previous relevant experience in a"Dual-Use" technology
company (tech that serves both commercial and military markets). You must understand the difference between
a consumer drone and a military-grade drone/loitering munition.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or International Relations. An
MBA or relevant Master’s degree is an advantage.
Competitive Analysis: Experience building SWOT analyses, battle cards, and competitive landscape maps.
Technological Fluency: A strong technical aptitude. You don't need to be an engineer, but you must be able to
understand technical specs (e.g., RF sensors, radar systems, kinetic vs. non-kinetic mitigation, cyber basics) and
translate them into value propositions.
Financial Forensic: Analyze competitor 10-Ks (where applicable), funding rounds, and burn rates to identify
who is" buying growth" versus who is truly efficient. Analyze financial data to understand the weaknesses,
focus, and targets
Win/Loss: Lead an objective, high-touch Win/Loss program. Analyze our "lost" to identify if we lost on
product, price, approach or "the story" Compare with competition.
Executive Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. You must be
comfortable presenting strategic findings to C-level executives (CPO, CEO) and answering challenging questions
on the fly.
Cross-Functional Leadership: A track record of successfully collaborating with Product Management and Sales
teams to influence roadmap and revenue decisions.
Self-Starter: The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, setting your own research agenda
