Accounting Manager

6+ Years of Experience: Progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles in a high-growth fintech, SaaS, or "Big 4" public accounting environment.

Analytical Skills: Equipped with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a razor-sharp attention to detail.

ERP Mastery: Advanced proficiency with NetSuite and reconciliation software (e.g., Numeric), with a track record of driving large-scale system implementations or optimizations.

Strategic Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex financial challenges and establish long-term work plans that align with broader organizational goals.

Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an exceptional ability to articulate complex financial results and technical accounting issues to non-financial stakeholders and executive leadership.

CPA Certification: Active CPA license is preferred.
