We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer focused driver who can operate a box truck (26 feet) across the Hayward, CA area. You will be collecting sharps and medical waste containers from our healthcare customer locations and delivering a high level of customer service daily. This role offers a high degree of autonomy, stable hours, access to some OT and good benefits. Our vehicle fleet is modern and well-maintained. Collect, deliver, and store medical waste containers at customer sites

Provide professional, courteous service and build positive customer relationships

Operate 26ft box trucks safely in all conditions

Complete routes on time and communicate delays or issues as they arise

Load and unload containers; organize your truck and day to meet your schedule

Consistently lifting up to 50 lbs, with occasional lifting of 50-75 lbs.

Pushing and pulling 100-250 lbs, as appliable to the role.

Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and report issues immediately

Follow DOT regulations, log hours correctly, and support roadside inspections

Work with dispatch and teammates to resolve route or customer problems

Own up to mistakes, report incidents accurately, and follow through on fixes

Delivery experience within any industry where you have dealt with manual handling (advantageous not mandatory)

Willingness to work full time hours, approx. 40 hours a week

Experience with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle evaluations

Passing our 7 Year FADV review in the Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse

A flexible, can-do attitude with a strong customer focus

Experience operating vehicles in a safe manner (as large as 26 ft box trucks)

Experience with DOT compliance, logging hours, roadside inspections

Confident in a road check level 1 through level 3

Proven longevity in past employment

On time delivery practices

Consistent work hours – 4 days a week, 10 hour shifts, 1am start time, must be willing to work 1 Saturday per month!

Permanent position – This is afull-time direct hire role of 40 hours per week

Competitive salary – This position is offering a rate of a set rate (non-negotiable) $26 per hour
