About the Role
~1 min readYou will be based in Lisbon, with English as your working language. At Dashlane, we embrace a hybrid culture that combines the best of both worlds: the creativity and energy of in-person collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. Our model is designed to strengthen team connections while supporting individual productivity and work-life balance. To maximize collaboration, we come together in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, while Wednesdays and Fridays offer more flexibility for focused work.
-
Lead and grow a global IT team of 5: three system administrators (Paris, Lisbon, New York), one IT DevOps engineer in charge of GitLab and engineering infrastructure, and one project manager.
-
Act as a player coach: set the team's direction and priorities, and contribute directly on infrastructure, tooling, and escalations when the team needs an extra hand.
-
Assess the current team's skills and shape the team Dashlane needs for its next stage, including upskilling existing members and hiring where required.
-
Shift IT from a reactive helpdesk model to a proactive business partner: engage stakeholders across departments, understand their operational needs, and propose IT-driven solutions before problems reach your queue.
-
Make AI a core part of how IT operates and how Dashlane works: identify where AI can remove manual work in IT processes such as access management and onboarding, and lead the tooling and enablement that brings AI into daily use for employees across the company.
-
Own the company's core IT infrastructure: Azure as our infrastructure as code foundation (Terraform), SSO and SCIM provisioning (Entra) across our SaaS stack, endpoint management with Intune and Jamf, GitLab for Product & Engineering, with a focus on automation, reliability, and cost control.
-
Partner closely with the CISO and the security team on identity, access, and endpoint security, given the direct overlap between IT operations and Dashlane's security posture.
-
Define and track IT's roadmap and success metrics, including employee satisfaction, incident volume, and adoption of new tools.
-
Manage IT budget, procurement and vendor relationships.
-
Support Dashlane's evolution as the company grows: office moves, new locations, and the infrastructure decisions that come with scale.
