Position Overview:
As a Medical Receptionist at DASO, you play a vital role in delivering patient-focused care. Serving as the first point of contact for our office, your exceptional communication skills and professionalism will ensure a positive experience for every patient. Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and verifying insurance pre-authorizations. Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of medical office work experience
• Customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of medical insurance processes preferred
• Self-motivated with a team player mindset
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with office equipment and Microsoft Office software
