Supreme Court of Ohio Fellow

The Supreme Court of Ohio Fellow is a developmental role designed to provide immersive, hands-on experience within a critical business function while supporting strategic organizational priorities. The fellowship offers a flexible, agile, and experiential learning environment in which assignments evolve based on current business needs, emerging opportunities, and organizational objectives.

Fellows are embedded within a designated functional area, including Office of the Chief Financial Officer, Office of the General Counsel, Office of Information Technology, or Office of the Chief Communications Officer, and engage in high-impact projects, process improvements, research initiatives, and cross-functional collaborations. The position is intended to accelerate professional growth, broaden organizational knowledge, and develop future leaders through meaningful work experiences and exposure to senior leadership.
